FREE ELECTRIC BASEBOARD HEATERS for any new electric heat added to an existing or new home or business.

REBATES OF $15 PER KW on installations of micro boilers. Micro boilers work great for in floor heat using a water/glycol solution.

ELECTRIC HEAT RATE for those homes and businesses that make electric heat their primary source of heat will qualify for our 3.5 cents for every kwh used. Reminder: Electric heat needs to be metered separately.
